Returns & Exchanges

At Kat The Label, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your intimates; if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene stickers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Outcome & Credit

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a digital gift card for store credit within 5 business days.
